Bone Grafting · Coral Springs

Rebuilding the foundation before the implant.

Most patients who've been told 'you don't have enough bone for an implant' are still candidates — they just need a graft first. We use 3D imaging to plan precisely and the same surgeon places the implant when the bone is ready.

What to Expect

Same-day clarity. No surprises.

Every patient gets a written plan with 3D imaging before anything is scheduled. You will know what is happening and what it costs before you commit.

  1. Step 1

    3D imaging + treatment plan

A CBCT scan maps your existing bone in three dimensions. We measure exactly how much volume you need to restore and which graft type will work best for your situation.

  2. Step 2

    Graft material selection

Allograft (processed donor bone), autograft (your own bone), or synthetic materials. Each has trade-offs in healing time and predictability. We explain what we recommend and why.

  3. Step 3

    The procedure

Performed in-office under your choice of anesthesia. The graft material is placed precisely where future implants will go, covered with a barrier membrane, and the tissue is closed.

  4. Step 4

    Healing window

Bone needs 4–6 months to integrate before implants can be placed. We monitor with imaging and the same surgeon places the implant when your bone is ready.

Why Patients Choose Us

A different kind of oral-surgery experience.

Trained at the level required to operate in a hospital. Delivered in a private, comfortable office.

Hospital-Privileged Surgeon

Bone grafting is a precise procedure. Yours is performed by a board-certified oral surgeon with hospital-OR credentials, not a general dentist.

3D Imaging Standard

Every patient gets a CBCT scan before the graft. We plan in three dimensions, not against a flat X-ray.

One Surgeon, Start to Finish

The same surgeon who places the graft places the implant. Continuity of care that most patients piecing this together across offices never get.

Common Questions

Answered.

Do I really need a graft? +
If you've been missing teeth for a while, almost certainly. Bone resorbs without a tooth root stimulating it. A 3D scan tells us precisely how much bone you need and where. Sometimes the answer is no graft — sometimes a minor one — and we'll tell you straight.
How long until I can get the implant? +
Typically 4–6 months of healing after the graft before implants can be placed. We monitor with imaging during that window. Some smaller "socket preservation" grafts heal faster.
Will I be in pain? +
Manageable. Most patients describe it as similar to a tooth extraction. We send you home with prescriptions and detailed home-care instructions. You can choose IV sedation if you'd rather sleep through the procedure itself.
How much does it cost? +
Varies by graft size and material. Most patients are in the $500–$3,000 range for the graft itself, with insurance often covering a portion. We give you an itemized written quote at the consult.
Whose bone is the graft from? +
Your choice. Allograft (donor bone, processed and sterilized — the most common option), autograft (a small amount of your own bone, usually from the same site), or synthetic material. Each has trade-offs we walk you through.
